All systems go!

Systems are at the very heart of our business telecommunications and are fundamental to us all. Today’s vast range of systems offers a myriad of features and possibilities that can bring real benefits to the smooth operation of a business. We are therefore pleased to announce the following new developments that will further benefit you:

  • Total are now Nortel, Avaya and Panasonic Business Partners - Authorised partners are required to demonstrate the highest levels of knowledge and expertise. Having proved ourselves and strengthened our position with these best of breed suppliers we are able to deliver the very latest systems solutions and emerging technology to you, along with the added assurance that Total sales and engineering staff have access to the highest levels of training and information available. With the addition of Nortel to our product portfolio, we can now offer an even wider choice of systems - a range that can now meet all requirements no matter what the size and type of business.

  • Total Care Maintenance – Our maintenance agreements are now more comprehensive than ever. Further enhancements include bespoke levels of care with Service Level Agreements up to 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for both new and existing telephone systems and nationwide coverage. With the changes we have made and the expertise of our engineers with over 20 years experience we can respond to your needs rapidly and restore a working service within an agreed timeframe.

Glyn Evans, Total Systems Sales Manager commented 'These are exciting times for us and achieving authorised Nortel and Avaya status, as well as Panasonic, demonstrates our commitment to both manufacturers and our customers. The SME market now demands more complex solutions and the platforms that Total provide allow us to deliver them.'
