Introducing Total

Total was established in 1998 and is an independent provider of true converged telecommunications. Services offered range from mobile voice and data, through fixed line services to the supply and maintenance of telephone systems and we partner with best of breed suppliers and manufacturers.

Telecommunications is a fiercely competitive and all too often price driven market. Total are different, adopting a consultative approach, with a steadfast resolution to value-added services, a focus on emerging technologies, and providing the levels of customer service that took us to the finals of this year’s prestigious Mobile News industry awards. Since our inception, we have grown steadily and healthily with robust back office systems and a predicted turnover this year of £11 million.

Over the years, our base has grown to include a number of legal customers and this is an area where the correct solution makes a significant difference, offering firms distinct commercial return and a competitive edge. Thus, we have used our relevant skills and experience to focus on and continue to make dedicated inroads into the legal market – indeed in July, we hosted a Mobile Data for the Legal Profession event, with the support of RIM and O2, as well as BigHand and PaperIQ.
