Totally different

Many developments have taken place at Total over the past decade, ones which we hope you feel, as we do, have made a real difference to the service and offerings we make to you, our customers. This is always driven, wherever possible by your feedback. For instance, the development of online facilities, such as the Helpdesk and YourView, and the introduction of the Field Account Management roles.

As we become Total Ltd and celebrate our tenth year in business, we hope that you will welcome the changes we have made and find that by dealing with just one company, working with us will continue to be an uncomplicated and pleasant experience.

Our fresh new look, which also includes changes and enhancements to YourView and our Helpdesk, will shortly be followed by a brand new look website, which promises to be clear, informative and interactive.

Customer Service has always been a primary focus for us and as we take a look over the past year we hope you too will feel that our efforts are paying off. Our hard work, so far this year has meant that we were awarded Beacon South West status in recognition of our significant business achievements.

Indeed, once again our innovative approach to customer care, meant we were short listed in the Customer Service category of the prestigious Mobile News Awards, in fact, going one better this year by becoming a commended finalist. And last, but by no means least we also received a coveted Highly Commended in the National Customer Service Awards (IT & Telecoms category). When we are recognised for our achievements, it shows just how committed we are to delivering a first-rate service to you.

With so much to celebrate, the future looks good for us and moving forward, our plan is to float on AIM within the next three years, providing us greater stability and future growth, to the long term benefit of our customers.

On the subject of celebrating we would like to thank all the customers and suppliers who joined us recently at our celebration party at the Pittville Pump Room on a chilly but dry June evening.
