Our aim to become the leading telecoms supplier to the legal sector was
further strengthened on July 1st this year when we unveiled our new look
and name change to Total Ltd.
Total Telecommunications Ltd (TTL), whom our existing legal customers
are familiar with as a leading light in telecoms provision and sister
company Total Network Convergence (TNC) which provides our airtime and
billing services, amalgamated to become Total Ltd.
The group has always worked in tandem from one location, however, both
trading arms have now become one to cleanse, strengthen and build on our
already excellent reputation both regionally and industry wide. Whilst
our name and appearance has changed there has been no change whatsoever
in terms of ownership, line of business and organisation structure.
Stuart Baikie, Total’s Managing Director explains: “We are
already well known and respected by our customers, partners and industry
peers. As we celebrate our tenth anniversary and further establish
ourselves as a leading supplier to the legal sector, I feel confident
that revising our image reflects just how serious we are about going
forward as a company. The decision to change an established brand wasn’t
taken lightly, but this move in fact strengthens our status within a
marketplace that is constantly changing.”
“This is a very positive step, as it not only offers our customers and
suppliers clarity but also makes a statement regarding our identity for
the future. As our profile in the marketplace, particularly within the
legal industry, continues to grow providing clear, business fit solutions
- our company name and brand must be easily recognised and concise to
reflect this.”
Indeed this statement plays another important factor in our plans for
the future, as after a decade of year on year organic growth and success
in a highly competitive industry, we are now working towards an AIM
flotation in the next three years. A step we feel will strengthen the
company further within the still emerging technology of mobile, voice
and data unification.
