We’re told that moving forward, all aspects of our communications will become inextricably linked. Leading industry players are now expanding their portfolios and product sets in preparation.
At Total, that means business as usual – and has done for over ten years.
When we commenced trading in 1998, our founders wanted to create a ‘one-stop’ shop for all components of business telecoms. A fairly unique proposition at the time.
Whilst we have grown and developed substantially, we still assume that holistic approach. As a result, our customers benefit from integrated solutions, enhanced productivity and cost-efficiency and just one bill from one supplier.
That doesn’t mean we’re stuck in our ways though or that cutting edge technology isn’t our thing. Far from it. In fact, it means we were ahead of the game.
We work closely with our partners and regularly attend national and international conferences and events, to ensure we are up to date with all the latest developments and trends in the market.
We are also involved in beta testing and evaluation with a number of key suppliers, so when products or services subsequently launch, we are already aware of their potential value to our customers.
And we make sure that all of it is evaluated and communicated on to our customer base in a non-biased way; through newsletters, events and our website.
